Valerie Couture is a Victoria, British Columbia based Energy Healer. Working exclusively with women; she is a Certified Reiki Master, ThetaHealer® Practitioner/Instructor, Crystal Therapist, and Tuning Fork Therapist, who shares her home on Vancouver Island with her husband and Havanese dog Gus. She is a member of the Canadian Reiki Association, International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine, and Which Doctor-one of the largest market places for diverse and unique healing arts.

 

Valerie helps women free their authentic self. By applying any or all of the modalities, she is able to show her clients how to easily release group conscious and personal beliefs that are holding them back  so that they find happiness,  joy and a meaningful purpose in life again.

The ThetaHealing® technique that Valerie likes to use is based on the theory that your conscious and unconscious beliefs directly impact your emotional well being, which may impact the well-being of your physical health. By changing some limiting core beliefs, it can change how you cope in your day to day life and release stresses, and help prevent dis-ease in the body.  Clearing and releasing these limiting beliefs enables you to live a heathy happy life.

As a Reiki Therapist, Valerie enjoys assisting women rebalance their chakras and feel more aligned as they relax during their sessions. Reiki is a wonderful healing technique that sends healing energy throughout the body where it is needed most, helping to speed up rejuvenation of the cells and helping with pain.

Valerie  finds Energy Healing so rewarding as she sees how it helps women with their various needs, and it gives her great pleasure to see clients leave the sessions feeling so relaxed.
